2023 06 02 Rendeltem Km2 plus készüléket A készüléket használtan küldte a Mecool új áron kaptam ,új készülékként. A készülék beüzemelésekor nem kellett a távkapcsolón kettő gombot egyidejűleg megnyomni hogy a készülék elinduljon Csatlakozókat összedugva azonnal elindult a készülék ,Gyári beállításokra állítottam vissza a készüléket és érdekes módom a távirányítón kettö gombot meg kellet nyomni egyidejűleg hogy a készülék elinduljon Ebből is látszik hogy a készülék amit a Mecool küldött már valaki beüzemelte Kértem a Mecoolt hogy saját költségükön cseréljék vagy kompenzálják az árat Nem kaptam semmilyen számlát ! A készülék doboza nem volt fóliázva .leragasztva .Azóta levelezek a Mecoolal Ha megoldják a problémát megírom ezen az oldalon is Ha nem oldja meg rontja a presztisét,hírnevét a Mecool és azt is megírom ezen az oldalon is meg a közösségi oldalakon is

Hi I recently got the MECOOL km2 plus and it has firmware version 20220613.
The streaming is good but HDR still does not work properly. Netflix only has 4k ultra, Disney+ only has HD, YouTube has no HDR. I confirmed that my TV supports HDR and it even has Dobly Vision.
I tried many ways to enable HDR, change hdmi port, change hdmi cable, reboot TV and box, turn off HDR, turn on always HDR, etc.
I watched some review videos on youtube, their firmware version is 20220527 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pz703Yib4s8, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s9tuQYLb10w) and they show HDR is working fine.
I was wondering if I could get this version of firmware, or any other version of firmware?
