An external keyboard can be connected, but the box cannot switch the external keyboard input method, even if the system language is changed.

How to restore to factory settings via Reset Hole?

Connect the box to a power source, use a stick that can fit into the reset hole to press and hold the reset switch for 5 seconds, and wait for the factory reset. Please note: After the factory reset, user data will be cleared.

What is the function of the Reset Hole on KM9PRO MAX tv box?
