Thank you for waiting. The new software update for MECOOL KM2 PLUS DELUXE is now available. In this update, there are new features added as well as several known issues fixed. These release notes provide the most up-to-date information about the update so please read them through for more information.
Update Method: Access the "Settings" menu, select "Device Preference," click on "About" and choose "System update" to initiate the upgrade.
Please note this update will be gradually rolled out to all devices.

Fixes & Improvements
1、HDR Fix: This update resolves the HDR display issue.
2、WiFi Connectivity Improvement: We have identified and addressed the problem of unstable or frequent WiFi disconnections. With this update, your network connection will be more stable.
3、Removal of Unnecessary Patches and Compilation Errors: We have eliminated unnecessary patches that were causing compilation errors in previous versions. This ensures a more stable system performance.
4、Local Upgrade Interface Enhancement: The local upgrade interface has been modified to display the name of the USB drive instead of the ID, making it easier for users to identify the correct device for upgrading.

After the update the DTS audio doesn’t work. Tested with multiple video players, changed configurations, pass through,etc. With Plex, movies with DTS cannot be played, you have to change the audio to Dolby Digital. Please fix that or tell me how to fix it. Thanks

Olá! Espero também que com essa atualização resolva também o problema do áudio que não está em sincronismo com o vídeo. Até começa em sincronismo com o vídeo, mais pouco tempo depois não está mais em sincronismo com o vídeo. Em relação a km2plus deluxe,ela apresentou ser um excelente produto, é só esses detalhes para resolver.

Good day. I have a MECOOL KM2 tv box WNA- Leap- S1. I’m on Android 10 and want to upgrade to Android 12. When i try to system update, system just says “Your system is up to date”. Can you please advise as to why i cant update or if there is any other way like local update available. Will i lose all my info and apps when upgrading. Thanks
